Everyone of us is born with an unprogrammed computer! - Our Brain. Over time we gather life experiences, thoughts and beliefs that are stored and filed away to be drawn on later. When similar experiences crop up. Some are positive and will hold us in good stead for a happy fulfilled life and some negative and will hold us back.
This workshop will challenge you to be more confident, fulfilled, happy, and successful. Get your life, and or business back on track. Put any self imposed limitations and inhibitions behind you. Turn your dreams into reality. Achieve more exciting goals faster and more easily. Inspire others to be more committed to your objectives

The TFH Synthesis levels 1-4 are the foundation classes for learning to balance yourself, friends and family.
Each level is a 15 hours workshop, I tend to set dates over a weekend, but am happy to run the courses any days of the week either 4 hours per week for 4 weeks or 2 x 7.5 hour days for 2 weeks.

This workshop, will introduce you to muscle testing.
You will gain the skills to use muscle monitoring, on your family and friends. and ways to balance their energy to achieve goals, create new possibilities and help their bodies and lives work better for them.

Level 2 Touch for Health Workshop -
Workshop Dates 2025 coming soon……
During this 2 day workshop you will build on Touch for Health skills learned in Level I.
Level II Touch for Health focuses on balancing using a one point correction derived from the Chinese Wheel, the Law of the Five Elements and Yin and Yang concepts. Students will learn to monitor an additional 14 muscles, find foods that deplete the energy, reduce recent pain, enhance performance and achieve goals.

Level 3 Touch for Health Workshop

Touch for Health Level 3 two day workshop, builds on all that is learnt in TFH Level 2.
You will learn about muscle cooperation and how you can improve posture and reduce pain. Reactive concepts which enable the body to work as a harmonious whole are introduced. Pain tapping for chronic pain, pulses, balancing our past traumas and how to raise the energy with colour are also within this module

Level 4 Touch for Health Workshop
Workshop dates 2025 - coming soon……
Touch for Health Level 4 two day workshop builds on TFH Level 3.
The emotional work begun in previous classes is deepened, new balancing methods and energy flows are introduced. The 42 postural muscles are reviewed and you will learn how to release emotional stress held in muscle memory.
